Cost Consideration
81 Home Health Services accepts clients with Medicare, most Private Insurance and/or Private Pay (Out-of-Pocket).
- FOR OUR MEDICARE CLIENTS
-Currently, services rendered to patients under Medicare are fully covered at NO COST to the client. This would not apply to persons who have elected enrollment into a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). HMO clients should contact their HMO for further information. Members of HMO's should be aware of the new rules for disenrolling and/or changing HMO's.
- FOR OUR CLIENTS WITH PRIVATE INSURANCE
-Due to the numerous insurance policies and their variations, we must verify patient benefits, limitations, and exclusions for each client on a "patient by patient" basis. Please call, we will be happy to research the information.
- FOR OUR PRIVATE (out of pocket) CLIENTS
-You may select any level of service you desire. A regimen will be established based upon your requested needs. Costs for services vary and a service deposit is required in-advance. For services provided by a licensed professional (nursing and/or therapy) a physician's order must be obtained.
- FOR ALL OF OUR CLIENTS
-Some services available are provided under arrangement or directly through third parties. Those services may be billed to you and/or your insurance separately from the services provided by 81 Home Health Services.
-The availability of some services may be limited. We recommend that you call 48 hours in advance to allow for scheduling. We do have the capability for "last minute" situations. Interested parties should call for additional information and/or availability.
-You are welcome to view our Home Health Agency license from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations or you can view our Civil Rights and Non-Discrimination Policy. 81 Home Health Services is JCAHO and MEDICARE certified.
