81 Home Health Services is committed to providing the highest quality health care services to our clients in the comfort of their home. The following are the services we provide:
- SKILLED NURSING CARE
-Performed safely and correctly by RN or LVN
- PHYSICAL THERAPHY
-Exercise to regain physical function and improve range of motion
-Includes gait training, use of walker, etc.
-Pain Control
- SPEECH-LANGUAGE THERAPY
-Exercise to regain and strengten speech skills
-Enhance written, spoken and non-verbal communication
- OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
-Assistance in learning skills to better perform activities of daily living and promote independence
- MEDICAL SOCIAL WORK
-Assistance with social and emotional concerns related to illness
-Includes counseling or help in finding community resources
- CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE
-Assistance with bathing, housekeeping, meal preparation and personal needs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
